Welcome To Cross Creek Home Owners Association

The Cross Creek neighborhood in DeLand consist of 194 single-family homes on large, wooded lots with mature treelined streets. The streets are named after Marjorie K. Rawling’ s The Yearling. Marjorie Rawlings Drive is the main entrance from Plymouth Avenue. Layout and construction of this community began in the late 1980’s and Phases I, II and III are now completely built-out and served by one homeowners association.

The community is located on the west side of historic DeLand, home of Stetson University and the skydiving capital of Florida. DeLand is an easy commute to either Orlando or Daytona Beach, with a SunRail station nearby. The St Johns River is approximately 3 miles from Cross Creek DeLand, and state parks located in DeLeon Springs and Orange City provide many opportunities for family activities.
