Covenants

Properties within the Cross Creek DeLand HOA are governed by three separate sets of covenants. Roughly described, the following is an overview of each of the phase:

Phase I consists of all of the houses on Kinnan Trail, Cabbage Court, Corner Crossings Road, Quail Court, the houses on Marjorie Rawlings Drive up to Corner Crossings Road, and the east side of Robinwood Drive from Marjorie Rawlings Drive to Quail Court.

Phase II consists of all of the houses on the east side of Marjorie Rawlings Drive north of Corner Crossings, including the east portion of Silver Hammock and Red Plum Hollow, Spider Lily Drive, and the north section of Robinwood Drive from Quail Court to Silver Hammock.

Phase III consists of all of the houses on the west side Marjorie Rawlings Drive to the north of the pond, including the western portions of Robinwood Drive, Silver Hammock, and Red Plum Hollow, as well as Ginger Snap Trail, and Sage Hollow Court.
