Annual Dues
Cross Creek DeLand HOA dues are payable by January 1st or paid semi-annually by January 1st and again by July 1st of each year. The annual dues for 2025 are $385.00 or $192.50 for each six-month period.
Residents should use the resident portal to pay their HOA dues. If a resident is unable to do so, they can mail a check to Cross Creek DeLand HOA, 1000 Pine Hollow Point, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. Checks should be made payable to Cross Creek Deland HOA and include the account number or property address on the memo line.
